STATUS UPDATES
Status Update – Restore procedures have been completed and all primary services have been restored.
After working with our electricians, the current theory is that the problem started when a construction team accidentally damaged a power line inside a protective conduit. That damage later resulted in a short in the power subsystem, which triggered cascading breaker failures all the way through the data center. The faulty circuit has been isolated and bypassed, which allowed us to restore completely.

Status Update – The team is about half way through startup procedures. Some services are fully restored, but many are still coming up. We’re continuing to work on the remainder as quickly as possible.

Status Update – Electricians isolated the faulty circuit and have re-energized the breakers feeding the data center. The DataYard team is beginning startup procedures now.

Status Update – We’ve isolated the power issue and the utility team has initiated the repairs. All services are currently still affected, but we’re working to restore power as quickly as possible. We’ll post further updates as soon as power has been restored.

Status Update – All services are currently still affected. Our staff is working with the utility company and electricians to find a wiring fault in the building. An extended service outage may be expected until further notice, but we will continue to post updates regularly.
