What to expect: Output power from the secondary UPS will be unavailable during this window. Power from the primary UPS will not be affected.

What you may need to do: If your equipment draws power exclusively from the secondary UPS, please move those connections to the primary UPS before maintenance begins. Customers already connected to both UPS systems will be unaffected.

Please ensure any necessary adjustments are made prior to May 5th.

Status Update – Redundant utility power was restored to our co-location clients as of 3/10/2026. Primary UPS power has been on continuously. Repairs on the secondary UPS are ongoing, and a maintenance window will likely be scheduled to bring it back online. Until then, if you’re still noticing any issues, please reach out to support@datayard.us — we’ll be happy to take a look.

Status Update – We experienced a component failure early this morning in one of our two UPSes. When the trouble UPS detected the failure it immediately turned itself off. Our second UPS remained operational throughout the event.

Utility power never went down, and we never needed to cut over to generator power.

Many customers using power from the failed UPS have already been moved to the operational UPS. Any customers noticing a power issue should contact DataYard support for assistance.

Repair on the failed UPS will begin as soon as possible.

Status Update – All DataYard services may be impacted while we investigate the power issue. Colocation clients may notice the loss of one of their redundant circuits in their cabinets at this time.
